Committee Chair
The Constitution and Elections Committee, (CEC), is a Permanent Committee established per Article III, Section F of the BCA-USA Constitution of May 23, 2015.

Members of this committee include a Chairperson, who is appointed by the President, and BCA-USA members who are interested in volunteering their time and expertise in service to the committee and the Association.

All the committee work is voluntary.

The term of service of members of the committee is two years and aligned with the term of service of the National Executive Office (NEO). Committee members may renew their committee commitments at the end of each two-year term.

Goals:

  • Organize and conduct transparent and fair elections.
  • Be a reference and consultant for constitutional inquiries.
  • ⁠Periodically solicit input from the membership, review and propose amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws.
